In terms of trust, Andy has proven time and time again that trust is key in his decision-making. There have been some great examples of this recently and the kind of support that Andy delivers has proven critical to our collective success. Having Andy’s knowledge, support and outside the box thinking really benefits the business when developing new partner programs.
For UNITY / UNITE: Amanda Bashford (UK Financial Controller)
Amanda has worked really hard since joining us to build an effective Finance team and to also bring Finance, Operations and Sales more closely together ensuring good quality information is timely and accurately shared across the organisation to facilitate informed decision-making and sales activities. Her bubbly, positive nature and extensive knowledge really helps unite the business.
For DARING / AUDACE: Aurélien Rossetti (Sales RCF)
Aurélien demonstrates his ability to propose and innovate, while maintaining a relationship of trust with the support teams. His daring has enabled him to achieve numerous commercial successes and we have no doubt that this will continue in his new mission in the Ile de France region. In addition to his boldness, Aurélien has also gained the trust of the support teams through constructive and positive cooperation.
For AGILITY / AGILITE: Nathalie Porchet (Funding manager RCF)
Nathalie has been with Rigby Capital for over 20 years. In that time Nathalie has carried out several roles across different functions (Operations, Trading, Refinancing), which allows her to demonstrate a high level of agility. Her ability to adapt also allows her to easily integrate all the parameters of an operation and to be proactive.
For POSITIVITY / POSITIVITE: Sophie Lejeune (Internal Account Manager RCF)
Sophie embodies positivity on a daily basis and succeeds in mobilising all the teams working for the French Southern Region in order to unite the teams. Her positive attitude in all circumstances is a definite asset for the region.
