Annual award winners

Congratulations to our BIG winners!

Twelve months ago, along with our French team, we launched VALUE ME, our employee recognition program our joint corporate values TRUST, UNITY, AGILITY, POSITIVITY and DARING. Since then, we have regularly rewarded employees who have been nominated by their peers on demonstrating these values.

Last month, all UK and French employees voted for the Employees of the Year who had best reflected each of those values – and we are to delighted to announce that the winners are:

Novelie Mayeko, an Account Manager who has been part of our French team for 10 years, was unanimously nominated for TRUST. A reliable, loyal and demanding collaborator, Novelie ihas been recognised by her peers and clients with whom she works for her unfailing commitment, the quality of her work and her need to constantly move forward to satisfy her clients.
Sophie Lejeune, French Inside Sales for 14 years, embodies UNITY through her team spirit, ability to listen, share and more generally her openness to others. She is a committed collaborator, passionate about her job, with whom working is a real pleasure.
The award for DARING went to not one, but two French employees, Gina Alves, a CSM, and Nathalie Porchet, Contract Refinancing Manager. Both have been with Rigby Capital for a long time and both have had an exemplary career path, as they have both benefited from four career evolutions, synonymous with their desire to progress and to help our company progress.
On the other side of the Channel, Carl Ager, our UK Finance Manager was recognised for POSITIVITY – due to his steadfast demeanour working across multiple systems at a time of change. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Carl, he never gets flustered or puts upon others. He is also a great advocate of Steeple, our internal French/English communications tool!
And last but not least, Jennifer Martin, UK Portfolio Manager was recognised for AGILITY – for her hard work and initiative during a time of systems change and business transformation. Jennifer is the lead contact across credit, operations and portfolio management and is regularly liaising between our various finance and operational partners.
